At My Mands Creations, we take pride in crafting unique handmade items with care and attention to detail.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

📦 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at mymandscreations@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

🔄 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
